This patient with tuberous breast deformity had previously undergone 2 breast enlargement surgeries by another surgeon. She was very unhappy with the appearance of her breasts and had Grade III capsular contracture bilaterally. She underwent implant exchange, capsulectomies and Wise-pattern breast lift (mastopexy). Her 300cc round, high profile implants were replaced by 310cc round, moderate profile implants. The patient was delighted with the result and her breasts appeared more natural, symmetrical and now felt soft. Results are shown 6 months after the surgery.
This patient lost 10 stone through dieting but was left with excess skin and fat around her abdomen. She underwent a combination of comprehensive abdominal liposuction, muscle tightening and removal of excess skin in a fleur de lis pattern. This type of tummy tuck provides excellent contouring of the waist and flanks. The results are seen at 3 months and the scars will continue to fade.
This patient was unhappy with her inner thighs rubbing together, large saddlebags and thick ankles. Mr Karri performed high-definition liposuction to these areas, resulting in improved thigh-gap, less prominent saddlebags and slim, defined ankles.
This patient underwent a full tummy tuck under sedation anaesthesia at The Karri Clinic and went home the same day! Many patients are unaware this is possible but Mr Karri's innovative technique ensures patients make an excellent recovery with little discomfort.
Asymmetric gynaecomastia with significant breast tissue on the right. The patient underwent Bodyjet liposuction and minimal-scar removal of breast tissue. Mr Karri's minimal-scar technique ensures there are no scars on the chest and avoids tethering of the nipple / areola to the underlying chest muscle. The patient was delighted with the result and now enjoyed swimming with a sense on confidence.
