This patient with tuberous breast deformity had previously undergone 2 breast enlargement surgeries by another surgeon. She was very unhappy with the appearance of her breasts and had Grade III capsular contracture bilaterally. She underwent implant exchange, capsulectomies and Wise-pattern breast lift (mastopexy). Her 300cc round, high profile implants were replaced by 310cc round, moderate profile implants. The patient was delighted with the result and her breasts appeared more natural, symmetrical and now felt soft. Results are shown 6 months after the surgery.
