Asymmetric gynaecomastia with significant breast tissue on the right. The patient underwent Bodyjet liposuction and minimal-scar removal of breast tissue. Mr Karri's minimal-scar technique ensures there are no scars on the chest and avoids tethering of the nipple / areola to the underlying chest muscle. The patient was delighted with the result and now enjoyed swimming with a sense on confidence.
