Lower Blepharoplasty

This patient was unhappy with the dark and puffy appearance of her lower eyelids. She underwent lower blepharoplasty via a transconjunctival (inside the lower eyelid) incision. Mr Karri also performed a TCA chemical peel of the lower eyelids to improve the dark circles and skin texture. The patient was delighted with her refreshed appearance.
