This patient with Type IV, Stage II lipoedema underwent 3-sessions of liposuction of her lower limbs. A total of 16.4L of fat was removed.
Prior to surgery, the patient suffered significant soft-tissue pain and required daily pain relief. After surgery, her pain significantly diminished and she only needs pain relief occasionally. The new appearance of her lower limbs has also greatly improved her self-confidence.
