Upper Eyelid Lift (Blepharoplasty)

This patient was unhappy with her sagging, tired-looking eyes. Mr Karri pointed out to the patient that she also had sagging eyebrows and her eyebrows would need to be elevated. She subsequently underwent direct brow lift and upper eyelid lift under local anaesthetic and was delighted with the result. To achieve the best result from an upper eyelid lift, many patients also require a simultaneous eyebrow lift.
