This lady previously underwent breast enlargement 10 years ago (300cc low profile, submuscular). She was now unhappy with drooping appearance of her breasts which is the result of the breast tissue descending off the implants. Results shown 6 months after Wise-pattern (anchor scar) mastopexy with submuscular augmentation using moderate-plus profile 275cc implants.
