Skin Cancer Surgery - Tragus reconstruction with a post-auricular flap
Excision of a basal cell carcinoma (BCC) on the tragus and reconstruction with a post-auricular flap. The flap was taken from behind the ear, allowing replacement of thin skin with similar skin. The skin cancer was completely removed and the patient benefitted from an excellent cosmetic result.
