Skin Cancer Surgery - Upper lip reconstruction with an Abbe flap
Excision of a squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) from the right upper lip and reconstruction with an Abbe flap, in two stages. The patient had excellent orbicularis muscle (lip muscle) function and was able to purse his lips without any difficulty.
