Lower limb lipoedema liposuction - 11.8 litres of fat removed

This lady with Type IV, Stage II lipoedema underwent two sessions of lower limb lipoedema liposuction and had 11.8 litres of fat removed. As one would expect for a lady of her age, she was left with significant skin laxity on her thighs and excess folds of skin above her knees.  She subsequently underwent medial thigh lift and knee lifts as a combined procedure and this will give her definition back in her legs.
