This patient was unhappy with the puffy appearance of her lower eyelids, making her look tired. She underwent lower blepharoplasty via a subciliary (just below the eyelashes) incision. The lower eyelid fat was repositioned to improve the puffiness and lower eyelid-cheek junction.
