This patient was unhappy with the puffy appearance of her lower eyelids, making her look tired and aged. She underwent lower blepharoplasty via a subciliary (just below the eyelashes) incision. The lower eyelid fat was trimmed and repositioned, which eliminated the puffy appearance and greatly improved the lower eyelid-cheek junction.
