Lower Limb Lipoedema Liposuction

A patient with Type II, Stage I lipoedema who underwent a single session of tumescent liposuction. The areas treated included the lateral, anterior and medial thighs. A total of 4.2L of fat was removed.

The patient reported significant improvement of soft-tissue pain in the thighs and knees. She is due to undergo medial thigh lift at a later date.
