Watch as Mr Karri undertakes a bi lateral brachioplasty (arm lift) on our patient who has lipoedema. Over the course of the four videos below, Mr Karri uses water assisted liposuction (WAL) under sedation anaesthesia to remove excess fat from the patients arm.
Watch as he undertakes liposuction, discusses the placement of the arm lift scar and tension and how the patient will be prepped for recovery.
In the final video, Mr Karri talks to our patient just three hours after surgery, asking her how she feels and explaining the next steps for her recovery.
