Breast Capsular Contracture Surgery
This patient presented with a swollen, hard, painful right breast. She had previously undergone a subglandular (over the muscle) breast enlargement 13 years ago. Mr Karri removed both implants and capsules, and replaced them with Mentor round 375cc moderate-plus profile implants placed under the muscle. The right breast implant was found to have ruptured but contained within the capsule.
